Inspire Retreats
Booking and Deposit
A booking for an Inspire retreat is only confirmed after payment of a deposit (non-refundable). This deposit secures your place and covers organizational costs.
Balance Payment
The total amount is spread over several months, and the full balance must be paid no later than November 1, 2025.
For bookings made after this date, the full amount will be required at registration.
In case of non-payment within the deadlines, the booking may be cancelled and the place reassigned.
Cancellation by the Participant
- The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
- If the cancellation occurs before October 1, 2025: 70% refund of the amounts paid (excluding the deposit).
- If the cancellation occurs between October 1 and November 1, 2025: 50% refund of the amounts paid (excluding the deposit).
- If the cancellation occurs after November 1, 2025 or in case of no-show: no refund will be made.
Cancellation by the Organizer
If the retreat has to be cancelled by the organizer due to exceptional circumstances (natural disaster, pandemic, major impediment), participants will be fully refunded for all amounts paid, including the deposit.
Insurance
Each participant is responsible for taking out personal travel insurance (illness, accident, repatriation, cancellation). The organizer cannot be held responsible for any incidents, theft, loss of personal belongings, or damages occurring during the stay.
Liability
Participation in activities (yoga, breathwork, hiking, etc.) is under the sole responsibility of each participant, who acknowledges being physically and mentally fit to take part. The organizer cannot be held liable in the event of an accident or injury related to voluntary participation.
